MY STORY

 

I grew up feeling unwanted by the very people who should've made me feel safe. I spent years trapped in patterns of working harder, doing more, being more; convinced that if I gave enough, I'd finally be worthy.

 

The workplace gaslighting, the stolen credit, the systematic belittling when I returned as a new mom...it all reinforced the same old belief: 

I'm not enough.

Before choosing motherhood, I spent years healing from those patterns. I went to therapy. I did self-guided healing work. I cut off toxic family members. I learned to regulate my nervous system and rewrote past traumas.

I became a solo mother by choice; a decision I made with clarity and excitement. But even with all that, I still had to learn to trust my instincts, body, and nervous system in ways I never had before.

I discovered firsthand, through my own fertility journey (finding a donor, fertility clinic and researching procedures for conception with limited chances), an unmedicated birth at Natural Beginnings that was both beautiful and traumatic (24+ hours of labor), and the intensity of postpartum where my every thought was for or about my baby—how deeply our nervous systems and subconscious beliefs shape our daily experiences.

I learned our bodies are responding to patterns formed long before we could even speak. Patterns we inherited from parents, family, friends, and society.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

 

I became a Certified RTT & HeartMath practitioner because I remember what drowning feels like and I also remember the moment I realized I didn't have to stay there.

Our nervous system isn't the enemy; it's trying to protect us. It just hasn't learned yet that it's safe to let go.

Transformation isn't just about willpower or positive thinking. It's about working with your nervous system and subconscious to form the life and outcomes you want and need.

This work changed my life.

Whether your path feels exciting or overwhelming, intentional or unplanned, I deeply believe that nervous system and subconscious work is not only beneficial, it's essential.

That moment of realization, that I didn't have to stay stuck, changed everything for me.

And now I get to walk alongside other women through some of their most challenging moments.
